The UAEU Libraries are the gateway to finding a wide-range of resources and services put together to support the learning, teaching and research needs of the University community. They offer fine quality research services and resources, designed to meet the growing requirements of the University’s diverse academic programs. Currently, UAEU has two libraries – namely the Main Library (Crescent Building) and the Medical Library (College of Medicine and Health Sciences) that serve UAEU students, faculty, staff and community users.

UAEU ORGANIZES ‘ENHANCING INNOVATION AT UNIVERSITIES’ WORKSHOP

The College of Law at the United Arab Emirates University (UAEU) in collaboration with Hague Institute for Innovation of Law (formerly Hague Institute for Internationalization of Law) and the Ministry of Justice organized on Tuesday 13th Feb 2018 a workshop titled ‘Enhancing Innovation Environment at Universities’.

FIVE LAW MA THESES APPROVED AT UAEU

The first MA thesis is entitled ‘The Theory of Emergency Conditions and their impact on the Economic Balance of the Contract: Analytical study of the Civil Transactions Act in the United Arab Emirates No. (5) Of 1985’ by Khamis Saleh Al Mansouri. The study aims to examine the emergency circumstances of the UAE Civil Transactions Act No. (5) Of 1985.

A: Yes, the general community (non-UAEU) may use the library during appropriate male/female timings (see http://www.library.uaeu.ac.ae/en/libraryhours.shtml). If you wish to borrow any books, you can apply for Community User Membership, which requires a deposit and registration fee. The amount depends on whether or not you have overdue books that have accrued fines, and replacement and/or processing fees for lost or missing books.
