Dr. Enas Al-Qodsi is a distinguished academic in the field of private law, recognized for her combined judicial, research, and academic expertise. This diverse background has provided her with a comprehensive perspective that bridges legal theory and practical application. She has over twenty years of professional experience in the judiciary, research, university teaching, and academic administration. Her research focuses on the intersection of law and technology, particularly in areas such as artificial intelligence, smart contracts, civil liability, consumer protection, and digital transformation.
Her work has been published in internationally ranked journals classified among the top 1%, 5%, and 10% globally in the Scopus and Web of Science databases, reinforcing her standing as a prominent scholar in law and technology at both regional and international levels. Dr. Al-Qodsi has received several prestigious research grants in collaboration with leading academic institutions, including McGill University (Canada) and the University of Sharjah.
Her research has contributed to advancing the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and strengthening the legal framework for digital transformation in the United Arab Emirates. In addition to her research achievements, she has held several academic and administrative roles, most notably serving as General Coordinator of the College of Law at Abu Dhabi University – Al Ain Campus. She currently serves as Coordinator of the Master’s Programs in Private and Public Law at the College of Law, United Arab Emirates University.
