To prepare graduates:

The Center for Career Placement and Alumni (Career Planning and Placement Section) at the United Arab Emirates University offered several workshops in cooperation with the Emirates Foundation for Youth Development as part of the Kafa'at Program on both Monday and Tuesday the 5^th and 6^th of October. These workshops were attended by new graduates from various faculties.

The workshops were presented by Professor Ghanem Eid Ghanem, a career coach, and included several themes concerning job readiness, presentation, career planning, and the best ways to search for a job, write a resume and prepare for interviews.

UAEU aims to promote the progress of the UAE by preparing graduates to assume responsibility and leadership roles in the future. The university seeks to provide an international standard education and focus on student success. There is a desire for continuous learning and the dissemination of knowledge. The Center for Career Placement and Alumni assists graduates by preparing them through planning, training and in developing transferable skills. These include resume writing, job interview techniques and other skills. The center keeps in touch with graduates and helps them to make contact with suitable institutions and companies that seek to recruit graduates.
