UAE University is accredited by CAEP- United States of America

The College of Education at the United Arab Emirates University has been accredited by the Council for the Accreditation of Educator Preparation CAEP in the United States of America, which is the largest accreditation board for teacher preparation programs in the United States of America. The CAEP standards have been developed to ensure excellence in teacher training programs.
The University s College of Education has successfully obtained full accreditation for the next seven years, which is the maximum period granted by the Council for the Accreditation of Educator Preparation.
Dr. Najwa Al Hosani, Acting Dean of the College of Education, said that this achievement is added to the series of achievements made by the UAE University since its inception. The university always takes steps to effectively improve and maintain the quality of higher education and to constantly strive to ensure the quality of education and provide the best academic services.
She added that obtaining international academic accreditation was one of the most important strategic goals of the college. She also appreciated the distinguished efforts made by the specialized team in the college and the unlimited support provided by the university administration. We were able to achieve this achievement that every faculty, staff member and student at the College of Education is proud of.
For her part, Dr. Hala Al Huwairis, head of the accreditation team at the college, said that obtaining accreditation is a great academic achievement that will enhance the reputation of the college and its programs locally and globally, which will enhance the quality of academic programs offered by the United Arab Emirates University and the high efficiency of its outcomes.
