UAEU Training Workshop: Artificial Intelligence and Job Skills in Zero Bureaucracy

The United Arab Emirates University hosted a training workshop on "Artificial Intelligence and Job Skills in Zero Bureaucracy," attended by a selection of experts and specialists, at the Crescent Building on campus.
H.E.Prof. Ahmed Ali Al Raeesi, Acting Vice Chancellor of the University, opened the workshop with a speech emphasizing the importance of investing in modern technologies and artificial intelligence to reduce administrative complexities. He pointed out that adopting digital solutions contributes to enhancing government performance efficiency and achieving higher levels of productivity and sustainability.
Prof. Nazar Zaki, Professor and Expert in Zero Bureaucracy, reviewed ways to leverage artificial intelligence to simplify procedures and reduce bureaucracy in institutions. He explained how intelligent systems can be used to analyse data and improve decision-making processes, thereby contributing to enhancing the quality of services provided.
Dr. Fady Al Najjar, Associate Professor at the College of Information Technology, presented two topics that addressed mechanisms for measuring bureaucracy and identifying obstacles, with a focus on the role of large language models in automation and decision-making. He also reviewed applications of these models in reducing bureaucracy and enhancing institutional performance efficiency.
The workshop concluded with an open discussion session, allowing attendees the opportunity to interact and exchange views on the best possible practices for zero bureaucracy using the latest digital technologies.
