UAEU concludes Career Fair 2025 in participation with students and graduates

The United Arab Emirates University (UAEU) has successfully concluded the UAEU Career Fair 2025, held over two days under the theme “Your Pathway to Success.” The fair witnessed a strong turnout from students and alumni who explored employment and internship opportunities offered by various government and private sector entities participating in the event.

H.E. Prof. Ahmed Al Raeesi, Vice Chancellor of UAEU, emphasized that the career fair serves as a vital platform for direct engagement between students, alumni, and potential employers. It reflects the university’s commitment to its national mission of preparing a generation capable of contributing to sustainable development.

His Excellency stated, “We are keen on aligning educational outcomes with job market needs by equipping our students with the necessary skills and knowledge to enhance their employability. This also supports national Emiratization efforts. At UAEU, we do not merely grant academic degrees, we strive to prepare future leaders who possess essential future skills, an innovative mindset, and an entrepreneurial spirit to continue achieving excellence and creativity across all professional fields.”

The fair offered a wide range of employment and training opportunities, alongside hosting introductory sessions and specialized workshops on CV writing, job interview preparation, and developing job market skills. It also featured academic mentorship sessions and direct interactions with industry experts and professionals.

In the lead-up to the fair, UAEU organized Professional Readiness Week, designed to prepare students and alumni to effectively engage with the participating organizations.

The event attracted over 4,000 visitors and featured the participation of 46 national and international entities, reaffirming its status as a leading platform in supporting UAEU’s mission to empower its students and alumni, while promoting the university’s role in community service and national economic development.
