Academic Advising Day

On April 22^nd The Accounting Club organized the Academic Advising day. The objectives of this event were to:

• Give a brief explanation of the accounting major.
• Discuss the accounting curriculum
• Explain how to prepare the academic plan
• Provide fresh students with academic advice

At the beginning, Dr. Mayada Youssef, the Supervisor of the Female Accounting Club, gave a brief presentation explaining the accounting area and the different streams of the major. She also discussed the 2010 academic curriculum of the accounting major to fresh students. This is followed by a presentation by Ms. Shaima Sawas, the Chair of the Accounting Club, who shared her experience in the accounting major with the students and answered their  questions.
