UAEU researchers win first place at 2018 Federal Authority for Government Human Resources research awards

The Federal Authority for Government Human Resources (FAHR) research awards, which took place in Dubai on the 17th April 2018, saw UAEU researchers win first place in both categories of faculty and student research. The FAHR awards are a new initiative designed to encourage more research among faculty and students on issues related to Human Resources and labour markets in the UAE.
Dr. Rashed A. Alzahmi and Dr.James Ryan received the 1st Place Prize for Best Academic Research Award in Human Resources and Dr.Emilie Rutledge supervised and co-authored the winning student paper with Khaled Al Zaabi (former UAEU DBA student) receiving the 1st Place Prize for Best Student Academic Research Award in Human Resources. While the 2nd Place Prize for Best Student Academic Research Award in Human Resource was received by Muna AlDahmani and Nawal AlHammadi-MBA students.
