EMIRATES TECHNOLOGY & INNOVATION COMPETITION 2016 Third Place

Two CIT students: Sara Saeed Alsaedi and Mouza Mohammed Alhemeiri, coached by Dr. Saad Harous participated in Emirates Technology and Innovation Competition and won the third place.
Emirates Technology and Innovation Competition (ETIC) is jointly organized by Khalifa University and the Ministry of Education. ETIC 2016 is a great opportunity for UAE national students to measure their skills against those of their peers from other institutes, acquire valuable experience, compete for prizes, engage potential employers, socialize with the other peers, and to enhance their knowledge in the areas of interest. It also aims to identify bright UAE minds that would excel in a variety of ICT areas. There were six categories: Computer Programming, Cyber Security, Mobile Applications, Game Development, Drones, and Electronics.
Sara and Mouza participated in the Computer Programming category.
The competition was held at Abu Dhabi National Exhibitions Company (ADNEC0) May 10th - 12th May, 2016
