Early Bird Fees by April 26th 2019

Individual: AED 1,400
Group of 5 or more: AED 1,300

In order for the group discount to apply, the following criteria must be met:
  • One single payment must be made for the entire group
  • All individuals in the group must be registered at the same time.

Regular fees, After April 26th 2019

Individual: AED 1,600

The registration will be confirmed upon receiving an official letter of their employment or a photocopy of studentship ID/letter.

** Students are not limited to only UAE University students. All local and international studnets are welcomed

Fees Refund

  • Cancellation by April 15 2019: 100% refund of the workshop fee.
  • Cancellation by April 16-22 2019: 50% refund of the workshop fee.
  • Cancellation after April 22 2019: No refund will be made for cancellation.

In case of refund an administrative fee of AED 50 will in addition be deducted.

Refund processing

All cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing and submitted via email to: EBM_workshop@uaeu.ac.ae

    Please check all in order to proceed,
  1. The registration will not be confirmed until I make the payment and receive the acknowledgement email.
  2. I have read the cancellation and refund policy available on website in addition to all other information available about workshop
  3. A certificate of completion will be awarded only if I attend both days and provide an evaluation feedback on the website.
  4. Please note that the original deposit slip must be submitted when arriving to the workshop to acknowledge the registration.
*In either case of payment (online, direct deposit, or wire transfer):
  • A scanned copy of the deposit slip must be e-mailed EBM_workshop@uaeu.ac.ae to the organizers. In the email, please mention your full name and date of the online registration.
  • The original deposit slip must be submitted on the first day of the workshop to acknowledge the registration.
