Title: Females Connect: Celebrating our Women Entrepreneurs
Description: On Emirati Women’s Day in August 2024, and in collaboration with the Emirates Center for Happiness Research, we successfully hosted a focus group discussion with established UAE women entrepreneurs. We inspired our female students and faculty members through the stories of women’s lived experiences and journeys to entrepreneurship in the UAE. This event informs some of our research efforts related to women’s entrepreneurship and connecting younger females to real-world role models and mentors.
