Intervention Services Unit
Dedicated to creating a supportive and inclusive environment for exceptional children, encompassing those with learning difficulties, giftedness, and disabilities.
Objectives:
- Individualized and Evidence-Based Interventions: Design and implement tailored learning and intervention programs that promote academic,
social, emotional, Speech and occupational development, ensuring each child can reach
their full potential through a comprehensive and integrated approach. Collaborate
with families and specialists to develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) that
reflect each child’s unique needs and progress.
- Develop Comprehensive and Reliable Assessment Systems: Establish and continuously refine identification and assessment methods that accurately
capture each child’s learning profile, strengths, and challenges. Apply reliable assessment
tools to ensure early detection of exceptionalities and enabling timely interventions
and the development of accurate individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Deliver High Quality and Integrated Services: Deliver a comprehensive and consistent case journey that effectively responds to the
diverse needs of exceptional children. Ensure strong collaboration and coordination
among all teams, supported by the consistent application of international best practices
to maintain service excellence and continuity of care.
- Provide Emotional and Psychological Development: Offer comprehensive counseling services that promote children’s emotional, behavioral, and social development, while supporting families in understanding and managing their children’s emotional needs.
