Alia Al Kaabi

Embarking on a journey from GlobalFoundries in Dresden, Germany, Lieutenant Alia Al Kaabi, the International Operations Department Manager at the Ministry of Interior, UAE, has carved a remarkable path. Holding a master’s degree in business management and a bachelor’s in computer engineering, she has become the youngest department manager in the Ministry.

Alia's trajectory in the government sector includes roles such as assistant programmer in the Ministry of Energy and Manager of the Planning and Implementation Department at the Minister’s office in the Ministry of Exterior. Her dedication elevated her to the position of Manager of the Deputy Minister of International Development Affairs.

Currently overseeing joint international operations, collaborative ventures with law enforcement forces, and international organizations, Alia is a key player in promoting global security. Her accolades include the Intertek International Award, Minister of Interior’s Medal, and recognition as the Best Officer in Government Communication.
