Area of research: Dr. Dalal focuses on the radioactive isotopes’ behavior and environmental impact in the different aquifers with respect to climatic conditions, lithology, and geochemical properties. The outcomes of the research enrich the achievements of SDG# 6 and SDG#13.
Drive behind work: Dr. Dalal has designed her aims towards the United Arab Emirates visions and strategies which are perfectly aligned with living sustainable. She appreciates being a faculty member at UAEU, where the higher management and research affairs put sustainability goals as a priority. Living in an arid region makes the climate change impact as double as the other regions, and thus intensive research work is needed to sustain the access to the suitable quantity of clean water for the coming generations.
