Dr. Najat Al Ameri

Dr. Najat Al Ameri, a graduate of the United Arab Emirates University - College of Law, has more than 9 years of experience, works in legislative work, and aspires to develop the UAE legislative system to become in the ranks of an advanced country, and as a result submitted a doctoral thesis entitled “The Responsibility of the State” On Legislation under the Emirati and French Legal System, she hopes that this letter will contribute to the advancement of the country’s legislative system and guide its government agencies in what they must take into account when preparing and implementing its legislation.

She has a great interest in transferring legal knowledge in the field of legislation in terms of its formulation and interpretation for the employees of government agencies and clarifying the mechanism for preparing legislation in the Emirate of Dubai. A three-dimensional legal program that includes a series of modern legal knowledge and legislative applications.

Dr. Najat emphasizes the importance of scientific research in the development of legislative work, especially in modern areas that are free of legislative interference and regulation, because the nature of legislative work is not limited to a specific field, but extends to organizing all sciences, as it is an all-encompassing work.
