Dr. Noora Yousif Al Saiqal

Dr. Noora Yousif Al Saiqal Holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from the United Arab Emirates University. Dissertation titled: Prediction of UAE Youth Entrepreneurial Intention (EI); Exploring the Factors That Impact the Choice of Entrepreneurship (Self-Employment) As A Career Option Based On the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB). Dr. Noora also holds a Master s of Project Management degree, Chartered Manager: awarded by Chartered Management Institute in London (CMI). And an Executive Master Degree in Business Administration (EMBA) Zayed University-.

Dr. Noora has Around 18 years of experience in the Ministry of Presidential Affairs (MoPA) in areas of research and decision-maker support, especially in areas related to employment, youth, nationalization, and entrepreneurship. Her Current position is Acting Graduate and Labor Market Affairs Section Head- Scholarship Office (SCO)-Mopa, where responsibilities include:

1. Conducting research and reports related to labor market trends in different sectors to ensure the alignment between SCO education programs and labor market requirements.
2. Promoting knowledge and culture of entrepreneurship among SCO students and graduates in cooperation with leading companies in this regard.
3. Proposing strategic and future plans to ensure prober employments of SCO graduates in different market sectors including governments, private and self-employment through entrepreneurship.
4. Anticipating new job opportunities for the SCO graduates by creating a database for institutions and companies operating in the country and tracking their required majors and skills.
5. Suggesting and supervising the SCO graduates training programs which aim to provide the graduates with proper experience and skills and facilitate their entry into the UAE job market.
