Qasem Mustafa Al-Mdallal

I have pursued my doctorate (2004) in Mathematics, under the supervision of Professor Serpil Kocabiyik, from Memorial University of Newfoundland, St. John s, Canada. I then stayed at Memorial as a postdoctoral fellow (2004-2005). In 2005, I joined the Department of Mathematical Sciences at UAE University. My research is an interdisciplinary blend of computational fluid dynamics and Numerical analysis in the areas of Ordinary Differential Equations, Partial Differential Equations, Intego-Differential Equations, Fractional Calculus, nanofluids dynamics, fluid flow in porous media and heat and mass transfer.

Throughout my service at UAEU, I have published about than 115 papers in journals of excellent reputation in my filed. I am serving as an Editor, Associate Editor, or a member of the editorial board for several international journals.  Recently, I have been recognized in the World's Top 2% Scientists List (2019) published by Stanford University.
