Safeya Al Jaafari
Safeya Al Jaafari, an esteemed Alumni, boasts over a decade of experience in human
resources and talent management. She has established herself as a dedicated and strategic
professional in fostering employee development and organizational growth. Currently
serving as the Manager of Talent Development at Masdar City Services, a subsidiary
of Mubadala Investment Company, Safeya oversees performance management systems, talent
development projects, and employee wellness initiatives. Prior to this role, she honed
her expertise in employee relations and HR policy development at the Department of
Education and Knowledge, where she successfully led various automation and benefits
programs for employees.
Safeya's career journey also includes roles at Nawah Energy Company and Mubadala Healthcare, where she specialized in performance planning, career management, and Emiratization initiatives. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a strong commitment to enhancing employee engagement, implementing strategic talent management processes, and driving the success of HR projects within organizations such as Etihad Airways.
She is recognized for her ability to align HR policies with organizational objectives, develop effective talent relations programs, and enhance employee happiness through comprehensive HR processes.
