Sulaiman Ali Alaabed Alkaabi

Sulaiman Ali Alaabed Alkaabi is a PhD graduate of the Ohio State University in 2000, and associate professor, at the UAE university, who has devoted his specialty and experience for the academic and community services. He has taught several courses in geosciences and supervised many students and student organizations at the UAE University. He participated in the curriculum foundation of the geosciences department, Fujairah College’s (now Fujairah University) and Fujairah Council of Education. He worked in several research projects funded internally and externally. He has 23 peer-reviewed papers and about 48 conference presentations, in addition to number of forums and special programs.

He developed the college internship program, gave some educational workshops, peer-reviewed number of journal papers, and contributed in several specialized & development committees inside and outside the university. He has been in several management positions at the college of science: Director of the Internship Unit, Assistant Dean for Professional Development, and Assistant Dean for Student Affairs.
