Placenta Laboratory
A placenta laboratory was developed to study placenta morphology, pathophysiology in different pregnancy conditions and the transmission of drugs to the fetus in utero. The establishment of the placenta was in collaboration with Dr. Antoine Malek from the University Hospital of Zurich, Switzerland.
