HR Affairs
The Advisory Services team is dedicated to creating and sustaining a positive work environment by helping resolve work-related problems, and by building and maintaining successful employer-employee relationships at the University.
a. Employees Affairs (Staff & Faculty Members)
HR employees are responsible for developing and building relationships with the management team of the departments/Colleges they support, and for providing HR support, advice and information on matters relating to:
- HR Policies and Procedures
- Posting, Selecting and Recruiting New Hires
- Employee Affairs
- Emiratization Strategy
- Follow up Contract Renewals, commissioned (Acting), Secondment ……
- Follow up Terminations and End of Services
- Follow up employee personal information updates
- Manage benefits such as (Tickets, Education)
- Following up on registering new staff / Faculty in General Pension &Social Security Authority system in addition to canceling the subscription in case of termination to process the end of service payment, also Purchase of Service Years , and the Addition of the Previous Service
- Managing Leaves and official holidays.
