Target Audience

This workshop is primarily for students in Master’s or Doctorate programs wishing to enliven and maximize the effectiveness of public speaking delivery.

Workshop Description

The aim of this workshop incorporates aspects and techniques associated with effective Public Speaking skills which can enhance delivery of academic presentations

Resources

Participants may find it useful to bring samples of public speeches they would like to deliver or delivered in the past.

Participants need to register for an account with the SSU Learning Centers before attending the session:

2. Select Speaking Centre schedule
3. Select Public Speaking for CGS Workshop (Friday Nov 4th 10:00-11:30)
4. Create and save your appointment
5. You will receive the invitation to a Zoom meeting.
