Target Audience
This workshop is designed primarily for students enrolled in any of the UAEU Masters or Doctorate programs who are looking for research-based position, however, undergraduate students who are interested in research skills are also invited to attend. Anyone interested in finding academic position are also welcome to join.

Workshop Description
This workshop has been developed based on student feedback and aims to provide a platform to discuss preparation for job opportunities after graduate programs. It will cover expectations for postdoctoral positions at top universities, helping students identify and acquire the necessary skills during their PhD. Key topics include searching for positions, approaching faculty and universities, preparing successful research proposals, delivering clear scientific presentations, and developing essential skills for future careers. The workshop will be interactive, encouraging students to engage, ask questions, and participate in discussions.
Resources
No specific resources are required. However, students are encouraged to bring their CVs or cover letters for discussion if they wish.
