The workshop is for Masters/Doctorate students, undergraduate students, researchers, postdocs and faculty members. Anyone else interested in the topic is welcome to join.

Workshop Description
This workshop will provide insight into how to prepare research articles with an aim to get them published in high ranked journals. The workshop will discuss how to conceive an article, steps required to do the related preparatory work like literature review, analysis and presentation of data (charts, tables, figures, etc.) and synthesis of findings vis-à-vis observations from published literature. It will also discuss information about the selection of specific journals in your subject areas for greater visibility and impact of the conducted research. The workshop will also briefly discuss writing layman articles and will assess their value in academic circles.
Prof. Peng would like to see if any of the interested students would like to share their finished manuscripts before the workshop so that he could discuss on how to improve those manuscripts during the workshop with them. The supervisor needs to approve sharing such manuscript. Once you register, you can email your manuscripts to cgs@uaeu.ac.ae by Feb 10th but you must attach supervisor’s approval on your email in addition to having supervisor on the cc. Your supervisor’s email must clearly indicate that he/she has no objection with you sharing the manuscripts with Prof. Peng for his review and discussion at the workshop.

Registration is required (Deadline: Monday, Feb 10th, 2025).
Those who wish to submit manuscripts for Prof. Peng’s review before the workshop to get feedback:
- Email your manuscripts to cgs@uaeu.ac.ae by the deadline below
- You must attach supervisor’s approval on the email in addition to having supervisor on cc
- Supervisor’s email to you must indicate he/she has no objection with you sharing the manuscripts with Prof. Peng for his review and discussion at the workshop.
