The NHD is represented in a professional conference in Canada

Dr. Habiba Ali, assistant professor at the Department of Nutrition and Health, participated in the Annual Canadian Diabetes Association/ Canadian Society for Endocrinology & Metabolism Professional Conference and Annual Meetings held in Montreal, Canada, October 15-18, 2008.
Dr. Ali provided an oral presentation entitled “Health Professionals’ Perspectives on Weight Management Barriers in Emirati Women: A Qualitative Investigation” .
