CFA Camel Research Team collaborate with Sultan Qaboos University

In cooperation between the United Arab Emirates University and Sultan Qaboos University (S.Q.U), three members of the UAEU/CFA Camel Milk Research team headed by Dr. Louis Laleye conducted some research experiments on April 5-6, 2010 at the pilot plant, Department of Food Science, College of Agriculture and Marine Sciences of Sultan Qaboos University. The objective of the working visit was to conduct some experiments using dairy processing equipment of the SQU Dairy pilot plant. The UAEU team was composed of Dr. Louis Laleye, Mr. Ismail Abdel Haliem, Mr. Osama El Amin Gubara, while our collaborators from SQU were Dr. Ahmed Al Alawi and Mr, Sulayem Al Abri. The visiting team took the opportunity to attend a graduate seminar organized by the SQU Department of Food Science and Nutrition. Dr. Laleye also met other faculty members of the same department to discuss future research collaboration.
