Study The Scientific Paper “Demand for Gasoline in the United Arab Emirates” Received Excellence Award in the ICALS

A scientific paper titled “Demand for Gasoline in the United Arab Emirates”, co-authored by Meena Al-Mansoori, Aydin Basarir, and Sherin Sherif was presented in the International Conference on Applied Life Sciences (ICALS), Konya, Turkey, September 10-12, 2012. Both of Meena Al-Mansoori, an agribusiness female student who has just graduated in June 2012, and Sherin Sherif, a Professor in the said department, have attended that conference. Ms. Meena made a presentation of the paper; whereas Dr. Sherif was designated as the Session Chair.   On the last day of the conference, Ms. Meena has received a certificate of excellence for the presented paper. Without prior knowledge on the way the papers were going to be evaluated, the conference organizers had their evaluators and presence in the presentation halls. A total of 67 scientific papers distributed over seven different Sessions have been presented in this conference. Only seven papers out of this total of 67 papers have received this excellence award. Meena has made a wonderful presentation in that International Conference on Applied Life Sciences (ICALS) that proudly honored all of us here in CFA, UAEU. She made an impressive representation of the Emirati female student that should make all of us very proud of her. The international attendants along with the organizing committee were impressed by the quality of the paper, the quality of the presentation, and the proficiency of the English language of the presenter. The advertisement Ms. Meena made to UAE University is worth a lot.
