Dr.Ajay Participated in the 1st Biotechnology World Congress

Dr. Ajay Kumar Garg from the Department of Arid Land Agriculture participated in the 1st Biotechnology World Congress from 14-15 February, 2012 at Dubai, UAE. The Congress was held under the patronage of H.E. Sheikh Nahayan Mabarak Al Nahayan, Minister for Higher Education and Scientific Research and the Chancellor of the UAE University.
Dr. Ajay Garg was the invited speaker at the conference and presented his research work on the topic “Regulated over Expression of Trehalose Biosynthetic Fusion Gene (TPSP) in Cereal Plants Improves Salinity and Drought Stress Tolerance".
