College Programming Contest 2010 (CPC)
March 17, 2010 The annual College Programming Contest (CPC) 2010 was held on Wednesday March 17, 2010 at the College of IT. The contest provided an excellent opportunity for students to show their skills in problem solving and programming. The contest also aims at preparing our students for similar national and international competitions. Fifteen teams participated in this year's CIT Programming contest.
Fourteen teams participated in this year College Programming Contest. Each team is made up of 3 students. The contest lasted for 4 hours. It was very exciting, seeing the students competing against each other in this friend educational contest. The contestants were given 6 problems to solve. 11 out of the 14 teams solved at least 1 problem. The winning team solved 5 out of the 6 problems. The second and third team both solved 3 problems but the second winner solved the problems in a shorter time.
