Feb. 26, 2011: Deans of Engineering and IT from universities throughout the UAE met at NYU Abu Dhabi. Feb. 23, 2011. The purpose of the meeting was for the deans to foster collaboration ties and to share best practices information about their respective institutions and programs. The group of deans plans to continue having regular meetings to promote cooperation and to focus on the common academic needs of the nation in the UAE
