FIT-Industry Synergy: Boosting Partnership and Entrepreneurship

January 23, 2012: HE Mr. Ibrahim Mohamed Lari, Managing Director of Injazat, Mr. Toufic Derbass, Software Services Sales Manager for HP Middle East and Dr. Mohamed Baka, ADWEA Chairman Advisor visited FIT facility today to explore partnership opportunities and boost entrepreneurship among FIT students. FIT Dean Eyad Abed and UAEU Assistant Director for Community Relations Yaqoub Alahmadi toured the industry delegation within FIT facility. The executive industry delegates were introduced to some of the flagship FIT laboratories and technology-supported classrooms. The delegates were also introduced to UAEU's Network Operations Center being currently setup in FIT building. HE Mr. Ibrahim Mohamed Lari expressed a strong interest to partner with FIT to instill entrepreneurship among FIT graduates. This statement indicates the level of leading industry trust and support towards FIT students.
