Emirates Center for Mobility Research (ECMR), known previously as The Roadway, Transportation and Traffic Safety Research Center (RTTSRC) was established in June 2004 at UAE University, with the objective to boost the university’s role in serving the community developmental goals in the fields of road engineering, transportation and traffic safety.
