For market readiness, skill sets are changing and critical areas are emerging as more
relevant for the future. “Human capital” is considered the strategic key of any country
looking to build an honorable and sustainable future that responds to the present's
aspirations and meets future generations' expectations. Overview
The Human Capital Research Center (HCRC) is pleased to launch an initiative for the
year 2023/2024 to motivate UAEU researchers to publish research papers in areas related
to the mission of the center in reputable peer-reviewed journals. OBJECTIVE Conduct research that contributes to the development of human capital in the UAE and
beyond.
RESEARCH AREA Focus on enhancing human capital and developing qualified national competencies to
meet the labor market's future demands at the local, regional, and global levels. We encourage the UAEU faculty and researchers to direct their research agenda toward
human capital and education areas to meet the HCRC objectives.HCRC Research Award
