Research Themes (2025–2027)

ZCHS supports interdisciplinary research across seven core thematic groups, each aligned with the UAE’s health research priorities:

• Precision Medicine and Genomics
• Healthy Aging and Geriatric Health
• Maternal, Child, and Adolescent Health
• Non-Communicable Diseases and Lifestyle Disorders
• Population and Public Health
• Infectious Diseases, Planetary Health, and Antimicrobial Resistance
• Environmental and Food Safety and Security

Each theme is led by experts and supported through strategic grants, collaborative studies, and national and international partnerships.
