- Academic performance will be evaluated against scholarship criteria periodically at
the end of each semester. A student who meets the cumulative GPA standard and fulfills
the credit hour requirements will be awarded the scholarship starting from the next

in recognition of their academic excellence, subject to the availability of seats and approval from the scholarship committee and
relevant university authorities.

for any scholarship during any semester. In this case, the student may submit a request
to the scholarship committee for a one-time reinstatement of the scholarship if there
is an emergency preventing academic achievement. The university has the authority
to accept or reject the request.

for consideration for other scholarships based on performance evaluation at the end
of each semester, the scholarship committee’s recommendation, and the availability
of seats and budget.

(Fail, Withdrawal due to Absence, Excused Withdrawal, Withdrawal, Re-taking to Adjust
the Grade).
- The scholarship is forfeited if the student changes their college, requiring them
