As Director, I am excited to share our mission of empowering educators, fostering a culture of teaching, and learning excellence. With innovative instructional design, AI-enhanced teaching strategies, and innovative, evidence-supported professional development, we promote dynamic, effective learning for all. Our dedicated team members within the center work collaboratively to provide resources and support tailored to your needs. Units

Faculty Professional Development

This unit plans, develops, and manages the delivery of workshops, seminars, discussion panels, and forums to promote teaching & learning excellence.

Instructional Design

This unit supports faculty initiatives including online and blended learning and innovative course designs and teaching methods to enhance teaching and learning.

PhD Academy

A comprehensive blended program using a flipped classroom approach, offering both foundational education theory and, importantly, hands-on experience. This program fosters the critical and creative thinking skills essential for Ph.D. students aspiring to academic teaching careers.
