Clinical students COVID 19 Infection Precautions and Personal Protective Equipment Workshop

Description: This workshop conducted for CSC1 and CSC2 students as part of UAE university including CMHS plans for students rejoining through precaution measures, and to reflect to the ministry of education directives that help to guide educational institutions during the reopening. CMHS conducted a training session for clinical students to train them in safety precautions and use of PPEs.

In this workshop instructors from the health care facilities trained students about the infection control standards, precautions, and new policies and procedures which should be incorporated into infection prevention and control. in addition to the demonstration of infection control measures like:  Hand Hygiene, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), Management of Blood and Body Fluid Spillage, and Management of Occupational Exposure (including sharps).
