The United Arab Emirates University has established the National Faculty Recruitment and Development Office, which offers scholarships to exceptional UAE national candidates who are highly motivated to pursue higher education and careers in academia. These scholarships provide a generous monthly stipend and fully cover tuition fees, travel expenses for the candidate and their family, as well as health insurance throughout their master's and PhD studies. In order to enhance and support the university’s Teaching Assistant Program (TA), an agreement has been signed with the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. This agreement aims to strengthen the cooperation between the two parties and establish a fruitful strategic partnership by developing joint frameworks and coordinating with relevant entities to advance cooperation in various fields, especially in the development of national talents both academically and professionally.
