excellence initiatives to use many tools to ensure continuous improvement and development.

A specialized training program for institutional excellence has been developed for
ambassadors of excellence from various organizational units with the aim of spreading
the culture of institutional excellence.
We have the largest alumni community in the UAE, developing lifelong relationships
with more than 76,000 former students across the globe. Many of our graduates hold
positions of seniority in business, academia, industry and ministries.

In line with the UAE Vision and its long-term strategic view, the Government
Excellence Model (GEM) was developed based on the directives of His Highness Sheikh
Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler
of Dubai. The Model aimed at advancing future orientation, innovation, disruptive
thinking and delivering excellent and sustainable value. Over two decades of consistent
efforts in defining and driving Government Excellence, the UAE Government has gone
through major development leaps that delivered benefits to the nation and leading
positions in global competitiveness and government efficiency.

To motivate employees, monthly competition initiative has been launched, which aims to: Spreading the culture of institutional excellence.
To ensure the dissemination of knowledge, we are working to spread the culture of institutional excellence at the university through a series of workshops related to institutional excellence.
