create an automated translation of content for the purpose of
display. Accuracy of automated content translation is not
guaranteed.

by the Global Star Rating System for Services on 25/03/2021
For the first round, digital reproductions of the entry will be used to determine
advancement in the competition.
For the second round, applicants may be asked to bring their entry to the university
for the judges to see.
IF there is no reply from the judging committee by January 15, 2024, it means that
applicants have not been selected to continue in the competition.
Submissions will be judged according to well-established artistic principles. Each
artwork will be analyzed based on these criteria, which are applicable to all artistic
fields.
