create an automated translation of content for the purpose of
display. Accuracy of automated content translation is not
guaranteed.

Any submission that is not in accordance with the theme, will not be considered for this competition.
All UAEU communities, i.e., students, faculty and employees are eligible to participate
in the competition.
Students’ teams may have a coach/advisor from the UAEU community considered a team
member.
An individual can participate in a maximum of 3 categories with only one entry allowed
in each category.
Submissions must not infringe upon any individual's personal or proprietary rights.
The submission should not have won another award either inside or outside the UAE
for the same artwork.
Submissions from students must abide by UAEU policies and procedures such as the Student
Code of Conduct and standards or expected behavior for students and student organizations
at the university.
Applicants from UAEU faculty members, instructors, and staff must abide by UAEU’s
policies and procedures from the Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct, which outlines
the values and the ethical, professional, and legal standards that apply to administrative
work, teaching, scholarship, and service of UAEU and the UAE community.
Any application that violates UAEU policies and procedures as outlined in the Code
of Ethics and Professional Conduct will be rejected.
The Higher Award Committee reserves the right to disqualify a participant from any of the categories, if deemed appropriate by the Committee.
The decisions of the Evaluation Committee and the Higher Award committee shall be final.
The university reserves the right to use the winning entries as they see fit.
Applicants must submit their artist pieces in accordance with the requirements outlined
in the award guide.
