All artworks must be first digitalized and uploaded with the following specifications:
JPG files only.
Each image must be named as follows: date/month/year/name of applicant/UAEU ID number/ name of artwork.
300 DPI resolution (Please try to keep the file size under 10 MB to ensure proper
Images that have been framed or that contain watermarks should not be submitted.
Artwork will not be altered without the applicants' express permission.
Any written or performed entry should be in either Arabic, English, or Both.
Participants are solely responsible for the costs associated with preparing and submitting
their designs. The Chancellor’s Award for Art will not bear any financial responsibility
in this regard.
ANY submission that does not adhere to the theme for this year, will not be considered by the committee.
If any dispute or grievance arises out of or in connection with the Chancellor Arts
Award, the individual participant or team leader agrees that the dispute or grievance
will notify the Chancellor Arts Award in writing and discuss any issues accordingly
to settle the dispute.
The individual participant or team leader hereby unconditionally and irrevocably renounces
any right it may have to challenge in the UAE courts.
