The Mouza Bint Suhail Center for Exceptional Children (MBSCEC) is dedicated to supporting
children with exceptionalities, including those with determination and gifts and talents.
Our mission is to provide tailored educational, Intervention, and counseling services
to help children with exceptionalities achieve their potential and support them in
their journey to success.Overview
